We went on a lot of walks, theres a lot of cool parks/playgrounds with really cool ducks close by. On our last day we went and got ice-cream! mmm...
Someones in Little people Heaven! I think there was the classic house, the castle, the farm, even a christmas set. She loved it.
Don't they look like cousins?
The tire swing...this moment is forever etched in Marissa's memory! Someone must have "lost it" near this cuz it smelled sooo bad. It ruined the park for us and we decided to leave. :)
The family dog Jack and Nia co-existing. Poor Jack, he has been terrorized by young toddlers a few too many times and is wary of them. Nia loves dogs, and so I was nervous she would bug him and get snapped at. She quickly learned though to give him his space, and he grew to love her. He is such a loyal dog...
She loved the backyard. We spent time here running through the sprinklers, swinging, blowing bubbles, and just running around! Oh, and the trampoline!
Here's where Mike gets his sense of humor...Mom, the life of the party!
We all wore birthday hats to surprise Mike when he got there. This is my niece Marissa, Mom, (Betty) and sis-in-law Michelle.
Nia didn't like the hat much. She was so tired she wasn't able to enjoy the party.
