Montez Christmas 2009

We drove to California for Christmas this year, and we lucked out with great roads both there and the way back. It started to get snowy once we reached I.F., but other than that, clear! (i dread going over donners pass every time) We really had a great vacation, it flew by. But it is so nice to be home. We spent our time hanging out with family, playing games, doing a little shopping and eating out at the places we don't have around here, and just pretty much relaxing. There is this store called Pops there in mike's hometown, and i have to go there every time we visit. Its discount groceries and toiletries, it really just makes me wish so bad that we had something like that here! Why don't we?? Anyways, Nia was so much fun this year at Christmas, she got spoiled rotten by all her aunts and uncles and grandparents that mike and I wondered why we even bought her anything! She loved it though, and is still enjoying the fun of having new things to play with. Shes missing all the cousins to play with though. I have been sailing through the second trimester and am super excited about the remote car starter mikes getting me for Christmas...it stinks going to a cold car with babies, and I am spoiled rotten!! Mike got some sweet basketball gear and clothes, (unique t-shirts are just mike, aren't they?) And sorry sliders is the new funnest quick-playing game ever!!!! We are so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends, thank you everyone for spending time with us!!
